Salary Compensation:

$290,000 - $320,000 comp before productivity bonus; approximate comp. after productivity bonus is $314,000 - $464,000K (15-20 visits per day); Comp includes base salary + Sign bonus + Quarterly bonus + Retention bonus + Patient visits productivity bi-weekly bonuses + 401K + Full robust benefits package. Relocation bonus if required.
