Physician: Hospital at Home (Part-Time)

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise, Idaho is seeking a part‑time physician to join our innovative Hospital at Home program, delivering high‑quality acute inpatient care to patients in the comfort of their homes through a virtual care model. This position is based in our state‑of‑the‑art Virtual Care Center and offers the opportunity to practice cutting‑edge medicine while collaborating with a highly engaged multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide virtual inpatient‑level care for patients enrolled in the Hospital at Home program.
* Conduct daily patient rounds using advanced telemedicine technology.
* Evaluate and admit appropriate patients into the Hospital at Home services, from our Boise & Meridian hospital locations.
* Collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, care coordinators, pharmacists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
