Part Time Advanced Practice Provider

Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)!

We are seeking a provider for Part Time (2-3 days per week) position split between two centers located in Frederick, MD and Walkersville, MD: Autumn Lake Healthcare at Ballenger Creek and Autumn Lake Healthcare at Glade Valley. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. One year or more of provider experience is required.

The base salary range for this position is $56.73 - $59.13/hour, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.
