Physician Assistant cum Department Coordinator

• To transcribe medication orders prescribed by physicians.
• To liaise with the bedside nurses the drug administration time while ordering medications
• To put clinical orders (referrals, lab orders, radiology orders) as advised by the treating physician
• To work with the hospital information system and other information technology resources and software as may be assigned on a periodic basis from time to time as per attached appendix.
• To work in rotation shifts and in the night shift to ensure Medication appropriateness review.
• To ensure that any identified / observed medication-related problems are been corrected, prevented and escalated immediately.
• To support in documentation for accreditation activities.
• To keep up-to-dated about latest developments in medicinal products, clinical fields and treatment strategies.
