Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)!
We are seeking a Part Time to Full Time (20-40 hours per week) provider for a float position between three centers: Laconia Rehab Center in Laconia, NH; Pleasant View Center located in Concord, NH; and Mountain Ridge Center located in Franklin, NH. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. At least 1+ year of provider experience is required.
The full time base salary range for this position is $120,640 - $133,120 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.
