Job Duties

• Completes assessments including history and physical, medication reconciliation, problem list and develops a plan of care.
• Performs assessment and plans for ongoing treatment for patients in the service.
• Orders lab and diagnostic tests for patients as appropriate to formulate diagnosis, develop treatment plans.
• Supports cardiac procedures such as stress testing
• Reviews results of lab and diagnostic tests and makes adjustment to the treatment plan accordingly. ...
