Physical Therapist

Provide high-quality outpatient care in an established private practice with strong patient demand and a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This role involves managing an established caseload and collaborating with a rehab team to deliver patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities: Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation. Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab providers. Manage patient caseload efficiently. Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Contribute to program development.

Required Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa. 2+ years outpatient/private practice experience. Orthopedic/sports rehab experience. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation & Benefits: $80,000 – $85,000 + bonus. Full benefits. Established caseload. Growth opportunities.
