Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist license required
• Experience working as a physical therapist in a hospital, rehab or ambulatory setting required
• Orthopedic physical therapy experience required

• Shift hours:
• May be required to float to another outpatient location during the assignment
