Weekend/holiday rotation and primarily outpatient services during the week – inpatient support would only be for a PTO or sick call coverage.

Split between Berlin and Ripon

Demonstrates best practice and accountability in the performance of safe and effective assessment, reassessment, development, and implementation of the patient’s therapy plan of care. Consults with other disciplines, as required, to coordinate patient care services.

Delegates appropriately to physical therapy assistants and rehabilitation aides to support patient needs while maintaining accountability for the care plan.
