• 1+ years of experience
• Active state license required
• Experience with EMR systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including orthopedic and post-operative cases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patient mobility and function.
• Conduct assessments such as Fall Risk Assessments and manage active patient caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercises.
