Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule: Day Shift - 5x8's, 08:00-16:30

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Scheduled hours are billable unless the worker voluntarily calls/takes time off.

Requirements:

• Valid PT license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 6 months of EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Cerner experience required
• Proficient with both EPIC and Cerner EMR systems

Compliance / Notes:

• Must start no later than 08/24/2026
• Orientation on August 3rd or August 17th
