Overview

White Oak Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Physical Therapist for our Outpatient Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Qualified candidates will be eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Current AHC employees not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial examination and evaluation to establish impairment/diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care before intervention for all patients with basic rehabilitation needs in acute, outpatient, or inpatient settings.
