Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40 - $52 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with one weekend day per month

Location: Large skilled nursing facility

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their specific condition and goals

- Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and doctors, to provide comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
