Job Title: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $40-$43 per hour

Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, no weekend rotation

Facility: 400-bed facility, including a Long-Term Care unit with 40 beds, an Assisted Living unit with 100 beds, and an Independent Living Facility with 250-275 beds. The facility also has two licensed buildings, one with an Assisted Living unit and another with a combination of Assisted Living and Long-Term Care units. There is also an Assisted Living Dementia unit.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our 400-bed facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their physical function and overall well-being.
