Qualifications/Experience:
+ Must possess a current unencumbered NYS license as a Registered Professional Physical Therapist, Bachelor’s degree or higher.
+ Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy or international equivalent
+ Geriatric experience preferred
+ A current unrestricted driver’s license and dependable transportation
+ Able to use necessary computer applications
+ Ability to function independently as well as part of a team
+ Ability to positively give and receive oral and written direction



Essential Job Functions:
+ Screens residents for rehabilitation therapy needs
+ Completes Physical Therapy evaluations upon physician order
+ Establishes Physical Therapy plan of care for treatment...
