Physical Therapist II

The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital (LSH) is seeking a Physical Therapist II to join our team. As the Physical Therapist II, you will be responsible for planning and administering Physical Therapy treatment programs for referred patients to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part. /Hours: /Monday- Friday 8-4:30PM with Weekends Off /Duties and Responsibilities (these duties are a general summary and not all inclusive): / * Performs physical therapy evaluations of patients by testing joint ROM and mobility, skeletal muscle strength, posture and gait, coordination, respiratory status, sensation and sensory perception, reflexes, muscle tone, orthotic/prosthetic fit and function, to formulate a treatment. * Patients are adults and geriatric population, referred from all admitting services, Medicine, Medical Affiliating Service, Prison Health, Orthopedics/Surgery, Pulmonary, Geriatrics, Behavioral...
