**Details of Assignment:** Position is for the Tampa/Hillsborough County region. Will commute to patients on a daily basis throughout designated region. Regional Home Health Physical Therapist for LHC Group. Nurse will have a case load of up to 6 patients a day throughout their designated region. Patient care requirements can vary. Based on home health experience and skill sets, the nurse will be matched to provide the relevant care. The more versatile the range of home health skills the better. CURRENTLY 3 Regions. Please specify which region/county Nurse wants. Polk/Central Florida Tampa/Pinellas/Pasco Bradenton/Fort Myer- SW Florida
