Job Opportunity

The incumbent will ensure the delivery of high quality, safe home physical therapy in accordance with federal, state, professional and agency standards and requirements.

Be a graduate of recognized school of physical therapy with a Bachelor's of Science. Current licensure in the state of primary practice is required.

Experience working with an adult and geriatric population is preferred.
