Health Advocates Network is urgently hiring Physical Therapist for Homecare. This position will serve Brevard County. Must have 2 years of Physical Therapist experience.

+ Pay Rate: $2,914 weekly
+ Mileage Reimbursement
+ Specialty: Physical Therapist
+ Homecare Experience Preferred
+ Shift: Day / Flexible days and hours
+ 13 Week Contracts

Qualifications and Requirements:

+ Authorized to work in the United States.
+ 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
+ American Heart Association BLS
+ An active, current (FL) state license
