Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist for a permanent position in Greendale, WI. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy treatments to patients suffering from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. The goal is to improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
• Implement physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care techniques.
