A Physical Therapist opportunity is available at a new 90-bed acute care hospital opening Spring 2026 in Gainesville, FL, featuring comprehensive emergency services, advanced surgical care, and a 30-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.


The role. In this position, you will evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in close collaboration with physicians and the broader care team. Day-to-day work centers on delivering evidence-based interventions to restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life, while monitoring progress and refining plans as patients advance through recovery. You will maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient outcomes and provide education to patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that support independence.
