This position plans and implements specific and individualized treatment programs to patients according to the principles of physical therapy. Supports the organization in fulfilling the mission, vision, and values of Logan Health.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
+ Current Montana Physical Therapy license.
+ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and must successfully obtain Montana Physical Therapy license within thirty (30) days of hire.
+ RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.
