Position: Physical Therapist
Position Location: BloomingtonService Center, 202 St. Joseph Drive, Bloomington, IL 61704
Position Schedule: Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm (with the last appointment at 5:15pm)
Position Type: Full time, 40 hours per week
