Day light shift 24 hours a week

You'll work in a home setting with a diverse patient population throughout these surrounding communities. Working outside of a medical facility, you'll have an opportunity to get to know patients as you guide their care in the comfort of their homes._

Purpose:
Provide Physical Therapy services to Agency patients/clients within the confines of the Pennsylvania state licensing laws. This will be done in a manner consistent with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance and in accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and code of ethics.
