Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team as a Contractor. Requirements * Ability to commute to patients home * Ability to take cases in the general area of Weston, Hollywood, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar. * AHCA Level 2 Background check. https://info.flclearinghouse.com  * Valid State licensure. * Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. * Availability to work weekends and short notice as needed Responsibilities * Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries. * Provide direct patient care, including exercises and therapeutic interventions. * Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes. * Timely documenting visits.
