Coordinate the collection of assets required for Preorder and New Release setups, including artwork/packshots, track listings/side splits, and sales copy. Track and manage New Release stock order status, ensuring accurate and timely updates within the central database. Oversee catalog reorder processes for manufacturing orders and label-supplied purchase order requests, including asset collection from partners, order placement, coordination with Supply Chain to meet delivery timelines, and shipment monitoring.
