Full-time employed PM&R position with established health system Practice based in Northwest Indiana with outreach to nearby communities Mix of outpatient care with inpatient PTO coverage Flexible Monday–Friday schedule with 36 patient hours + 4 admin hours Weekend call and rounding rotation of 1:4 Join experienced PM&R team with strong referral base and clinical support Leadership and committee involvement opportunities available Clinical Focus:
