Job Description

What you'll do:
Lead end-to-end 5G PHY system activities, from feature development to system integration.
Serve as the technical focal point for all PHY and RF-related aspects.
Define and own system-level requirements for PHY components.
Optimize and fine-tune PHY layer algorithms to improve performance and efficiency of base-station products.
Drive lab testing and validation using RF test equipment.
Own and maintain CI/CD flows for PHY performance and conformance testing.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers within the PHY team.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Software, DSP, RF, and Hardware, to ensure seamless integration.
What You Should Have:
Experience in wireless communications, PHY layer development, or system integration.
Previous experience leading or managing technical teams.
