**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Directs the operation of specimen collection and staff/ supplies involved in the Phlebotomy department.
Directs, consults, and supervises the operation of the phlebotomy department
Reviews various laboratory reports for completeness, timeliness and accuracy and takes measures to remediate any deficiencies found – including resolution of patient care issues.
