Job Description

SUMMARY OF POSITION
:Laboratory Phlebotomy Supervisor
Directly supervise, lead and coordinate the daily activities of the phlebotomy staff. Assists the laboratory manager with decisions and activities related to phlebotomy services.
This position is a working supervisor who also assists the department in working as a phlebotomist as needed. 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Minimum three (3) years Phlebotomy experience with inpatients and outpatients 
Phlebotomy Technical - National Healthcareer Association or Phlebotomy Technician - ASCP (Either one listed is acceptable)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
Previous leadership experience
