The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.53 – $35.31.
The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

The Lab Assistant – Phlebotomy Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lab Assistant / Phlebotomy team at designated In Office Phlebotomy or Patient Service Center locations. This position involves leading a local team of Lab Assistants / Phlebotomists. Performs, monitors, and troubleshoots the more complex needs of the department. Coordinates the day-to-day functions for assigned area. Assists with ensuring that departmental goals are achieved, timelines met and service excellence provided in all aspects of work.
