Responsibilities:

* Interact with all laboratory customers courteously and professionally; responds to telephone inquiries in a timely manner.

* Following proper patient identification procedures, procures appropriate blood specimens by venipuncture, heelstick and fingerstick.

* Specimen collection may be performed at off-site locations.
