The Phlebotomist is responsible for performing blood draws and related specimen collection procedures in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection, including difficult blood draws.
• Manage daily patient volume of 50–80 individuals.
• Ensure proper labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens.
• Provide excellent customer service and patient care during all interactions.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling and work independently when required.
