Job Description
This onsite Phlebotomist role focuses on performing high-quality blood collection for in-house donors while supporting the safe and efficient handling, organization, and distribution of blood products and samples. The position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), FDA regulations, ISO standards, HIPAA, and OSHA safety requirements, ensuring accurate documentation, proper inventory management, and reliable support for laboratory operations.
Responsibilities

+ Log blood products upon receipt from outside facilities and ensure segments are delivered for testing in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.

+ Organize and reconcile blood products in the refrigerator to support optimal use and proper inventory rotation.

+ Perform phlebotomy on in-house donors using appropriate techniques and equipment, including a 23-gauge butterfly needle.
