Job Description

Job Title: Phlebotomist
 Location: Mt. Kisco, NY 
Duration: 3+ months (possibilities of extension)
 Shift: M-F 9:30am - 6:00pm, rotational Saturdays 8:00am - 1:00pm (5 days/week)

Job Responsibilities:
Phlebotomists draw blood from pediatric through geriatric patient population.
Phlebotomist process all lab specimens including verifying patient identifiers, barcoding, centrifuging, pouring off, accessioning, creating packing lists and packaging specimens to reference lab at correct temperatures.
Phlebotomists follow all Phlebotomy SOP and OSHA Safety/PPE guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Highschool/GED or equivalent
Experience with blood drawing for all age groups
Phlebotomy Certification preferred
Dress code: Navy Blue
