Phlebotomist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a **Phlebotomist** in Irving, TX.
This is an on-site, full-time position.

**Pay:** $24.00 per hour
**Type:** Three-month Contract – possibility of an extension
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Location:** Irving, TX 75038

**Primary Responsibilities:**

• Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for blood specimen collection
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Process and prepare specimens for testing and transport
• Troubleshoot specimen collection issues and ensure accuracy
• Provide patient instructions for specimen collection (e.g., urine samples)
• Educate patients on proper post-phlebotomy care
• Properly dispose of hazardous and sharp materials in compliance with safety standards
• Collect specimens for microbiology testing
