The Phlebotomist I supports daily operations by performing blood draws and other specimen collections, troubleshooting issues, participating in training, and recommending workflow improvements to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care, including care for pediatric patients.
Responsibilities

+ Perform venipunctures and other blood draws accurately and safely using straight needles and butterfly needles in a fast-paced environment.
