Job Summary:
The Phlebotomist III - Float serves as a key patient-facing professional responsible for high-quality blood collection and specimen handling across multiple locations. This role requires advanced phlebotomy expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume environments while ensuring excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing Maintain a safe and professional environment across multiple sites Provide coverage across Patient Service Centers, mobile, long-term care, and in-office settings Ensure all daily activities are completed accurately and on time Verify patient information and ensure proper specimen labeling Act as a lead, coach, and mentor for staff and new employees Serve as point of contact for onsite staff and provide feedback to supervisors Support onbo...
