What You'll Do

+ Perform blood draws using straight and butterfly needles

+ Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for testing and transport

+ Verify patient information and laboratory orders for accuracy

+ Educate patients on collection procedures with professionalism and care

+ Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

+ Support daily laboratory operations, documentation, and workflow improvement

What We're Looking For
