Requirement/Must Have:
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience. Strong keyboard and data entry skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime. Experience: Phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections preferred. Experience in customer service in a retail or service environment is preferred. Responsibilities: Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor. Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Explain procedures to patients and perform collections in a safe, skillful, and accurate manner. ...
