Job Description
This part-time Phlebotomist role focuses on providing high-quality blood collection services in a patient service center setting. You will perform routine and pediatric blood draws, handle specimen collection and processing, and support patients in a professional and compassionate manner. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy a change of scenery and in-state travel while working a consistent weekly schedule.
Responsibilities

+ Perform venipuncture using straight needles for the majority of blood draws, ensuring safe and accurate collection.

+ Use butterfly needles confidently and appropriately for patients with difficult veins or hard sticks.

+ Draw blood from patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, with a calm, patient, and reassuring approach.

+ Collect, label, and handle blood specimens accurately to maintain sample integrity and prevent errors.
