Master of Law or Master in Economics, Law and Business Administration.Excellent study results (at least cum laude).Sound basic knowledge of, and proven interest in company law.Excellent knowledge of Dutch is required.Sound knowledge of English and French.Candidates with practical experience are very welcome as well.You will write a doctoral dissertation in the field of corporate law and/or associations law.
