Are you a Pharmacy technician looking for a new challenge? This position will help support our established Meds to Beds program. Monday - Friday, daylight hours!
This is a unique opportunity in a specialized role within the pharmacy that works in collaboration with nurses, prescribers, case managers, social workers and pharmacists to support medication transitions for patients discharging from the hospital.
