Summary The Pharmacy Technician in the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) clinical Contact Center is part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The Certified Pharmacy Technician is efficient, motivated, focused on customer satisfaction and, who, under the authority of the VISN Clinical Contact Center Pharmacy Director, or designee, is responsible for the technical management of all patient care assistance activities regarding pharmacy services in the Clinical Contact Center.
