AHS is hiring a motivated Pharmacy Technician to provide high-quality care within the pharmacy at Chinook Regional Hospital. This position requires expertise in both sterile and non-sterile compounding as well as experience in medication inventory and procurement. You will work collaboratively with pharmacists, mentor new pharmacy staff, and adhere to established pharmacy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute sterile and non-sterile compounding processes
• Perform final checks on medications prepared by assistants
• Handle inventory management and procurement of drugs
• Mentor, train, and precept pharmacy staff and students
• Ensure compliance with NAPRA and ACP standards
