Pharmacy Technician

Boca Pharmacy Group is hiring 3+ remote Pharmacy Software Specialists to support US pharmacy operations. We are creating separate remote postings for several international talent pools, including the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, and other regions. This listing is remote for the location shown on LinkedIn and requires meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours.

What you will do:

- Process and support prescription workflows in PrimeRx or similar pharmacy management systems such as PioneerRx, Rx30, BestRx, QS/1, Computer-Rx, EnterpriseRx, FrameworkLTC, or Epic Willow.

- Support pharmacy claims processing, insurance follow-up, prior authorization/admin workflows, billing queues, data entry, and exception review.

- Assist with 340B-related operational checks, contract pharmacy support, duplicate-discount/diversion awareness, and documentation follow-through.
