Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Support the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions within a high-volume dispensing environment.
Provide professional support to Boots stores across the UK, responding to operational and dispensing-related queries.
Assist in maintaining service levels and communicate effectively with stores regarding any delays or issues.
Ensure patient safety remains at the forefront of all activities.
Support compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
Work collaboratively with Pharmacists and the wider DSP team to deliver an efficient and high-quality dispensing service.
Carry out final accuracy checking duties where appropriately qualified and accredited.
Support stock management, workflow optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and contribute to a safe working environment.
