Responsibilities

+ Answer questions related to pharmacy services, delivery inquiries, refill requests, and general pharmacy assistance.

+ Receive and process new pharmacy referrals, ensuring accurate and complete information is obtained.

+ Verify insurance coverage for prescribed medications and related services.

+ Facilitate prior authorization requests, coordinating with prescribers, payers, and patients as needed.

+ Accurately transcribe prescriptions into the pharmacy system, ensuring correct medication, dosage, and directions.
