Pharmacy Technician

Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (part‑time, Thursday & Friday, 08:30–16:30).

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician at Leicester Hospital, you will be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have post‑qualification experience. Excellent communication and people skills are essential as you will work closely with patients and a variety of clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels within the Pharmacy department and other wards.
• Assist with procurement of pharmaceutical stock using electronic systems.
• Participate in pharmacy stocktakes and audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the department.

Qualifications

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and post‑qualification experience.
