Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient

**Job Description**

The **Harborview Medical Center Pharmacy Department** is looking for an outstanding is looking for an outstanding **Pharmacy Technician** to join our Inpatient Pharmacy team!

**WORK SCHEDULE**

• Full-Time / 40 hours per week

• Rotating / Variable Shift

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**

• Assist the Pharmacist in professional activities and assigned tasks including preparation and packaging of medications and other pharmacy-related functions

• All activities are performed under the general supervision of a registered Pharmacist

Strong candidates will have knowledge and experience with sterile intravenous admixture practices preferred, and good communication and organizational skills.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Fill medications from Pyxis refill sheets for the entire hospital.

• Deliver medications to nursing units and other areas of the hospital.
